What we cover

The Indian residential market generates roughly twelve lakh new home-buyer transactions a year. A meaningful share of those transactions go wrong — possession is delayed, sanctions deviate from plans, occupancy certificates do not issue, builders default. Our work is to surface that information before a buyer signs, not after.

Editorial independence

We accept advertising and sponsored content, both clearly disclosed. Sponsorship does not buy editorial coverage.
