Editorial standards & independence

Sourcing

• Every named builder, project or order references a primary public source — RERA portal record, NCLT order, consumer-forum order, municipal record or court filing.
• Facts attributed to a single secondary source are flagged as such. We do not rely on broker testimony or anonymous buyer accounts without independent verification.
• Where a builder or party is named in a critical context, we offer a right of reply by email at least 72 hours before publication and reflect material responses in the piece.

Editorial independence

• Sponsors and advertisers see no editorial copy before publication. Editorial does not see the sponsor pipeline.
• We do not run investigative or critical coverage of an active sponsor. If new information warrants such coverage, we end the commercial relationship first, then publish.
• Affiliate links never appear in investigative pieces. They are confined to clearly-marked buyer-guide content where a referral does not create a conflict.

Conflicts of interest

• Editors and contributors disclose any financial, professional, or personal interest in a builder, project, or transaction we cover. Disclosed conflicts result in recusal from the piece.
• We do not coordinate coverage with any law firm, real estate broker, or consultancy. Tips are accepted from all sources, but sourcing alone does not influence framing.
